DAY 1 - NJP/IXB TO GANGTOK TRANSFER

Travel Distance: The distance from Siliguri (NJP/IXB) to Gangtok is approximately 125 kilometres (around 5 to 6 hours by road). After you arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), your driver will be waiting for you with a signboard displaying your name. He will assist you with your luggage, after arrival start your scenic drive to Gangtok from NJP/IXB. Overnight at Gangtok.

DAY 2 - Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast head towards Tsomgo Lake, which is also known as Changu Lake, is one of the most enchanting and iconic attractions near Gangtok, Sikkim. It’s a glacial lake situated at an altitude of 3,753 meters (12,313 feet) in the East Sikkim district, about 40 km (25 miles) from Gangtok. • Enjoy the serene beauty of the glacial lake, surrounded by snow capped mountains. • Optional: Yak rides (extra charge), Ropeway, local food stalls for snacks and tea. Visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir The temple which is dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army soldier from Punjab who, according to legend, continues to guard the region even after his untimely death. Baba Harbhajan Singh served in the Indian Army and was posted in this high-altitude area near the India-China border. Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour- Back to Gangtok

DAY 3 - Gangtok City Tour

After Breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Flower Show, Hanuman Tok, The Cottage Industry and Directorate of Handloom and Handicrafts,(closed on Sunday) ,Institute of Tibetology, (closed on Sunday) Do Drul Chorten, Ropeway (On Direct payment) and Bakthang Falls. Overnight at Gangtok.

DAY 4 - GANGTOK TO PELLING TRANSFER VIA TIMI TEA GARDEN

After breakfast at Gangtok hotel check out from the hotel and drive towards Pelling via Timi tea garden which is famous for being the state's only tea garden and producing high-quality, organic tea. It is also renowned for its scenic beauty and the unique opportunity to experience tea production firsthand. The garden is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors with its views and tea tasting. After sightseeing head towards Pelling. Over night Pelling hotel.

DAY 5 - Pelling Full day city tour

After breakfast at the hotel full day city tour visiting Khechipalri Lake, Rimbi Falls, Skywalk (Ticket on direct payment), Darap Village, Orange Garden and Rabtense Ruins. Overnight at hotel

DAY 6 - Pelling To NJP/IXB

After Breakfast check out from the hotel and move towards the airport/ railway Station. Which will take you 6 hours from Pelling.

Payment Policy

Booking Fee

  • 50% of the total payment should be done to confirm the booking 
  • 50% of the remaning payment on the day of arrival 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges per person

  • From 06 Feb 2024 to 31 Mar 2025
  • 30 or more days before departure: 25%
  • Between 29 to 20 days before departure: 50%
  • Between 19 to 16 days before departure: 100%

Terms & Conditions

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
